  • We seek to follow the New Testament pattern for the local church.

The mission of Sumter Bible Church is to glorify God by “the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12).

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament showeth his handiwork. (Psalm 19:1)

Worship - 11 am
Evening worship - 6:30
Wed. - 7pm (Adult Bible Study and Prayer)

The preaching and teaching (doctrine) of Sumter Bible Church are very similar to independent Baptist Churches. We are not affiliated with any denomination and hold to a literal interpretation of the Scriptures.
